We do not mass blend — we curate origin-driven lots that reflect the character of where they are grown.

For our roasted coffee, we work with trusted small-batch roasting partners who carefully develop each lot to highlight its origin, balance, and clarity.

This allows us to stay focused on sourcing and quality, while ensuring every roasted coffee is prepared with precision and care.

     

    OUR STORY

    Ayenga Coffee was founded on a simple belief: exceptional coffee should be intentional, traceable, and connected to its origin. We work with carefully selected Ugandan coffee sourced through established export partners, including family-run and long-standing producer networks.

    Every lot is fully documented through export and UK import channels, ensuring transparency from origin to arrival.

    We specialise in small-batch, origin-focused coffee rather than commodity supply — highlighting the unique character of Uganda’s volcanic soils, high-altitude regions, and careful post-harvest processing.

    OUR SOURCING

    We work with established Ugandan export partners, including long-term producer networks and certified exporters such as Zigoti Coffee Works (ZICOFE).

    Each shipment is:
